Baker’s Wonder better danish base is a concentrated base, which does not contain flour. Economically priced paste for all danish pastries, just add flour, water and yeast. This concentrate base will give you consistently soft danish pastries every time, with a fraction of the labor costs.  Danishes will stay fresh longer too. Packed in 50lb plastic lined cartons.
