Description

Baker’s Wonder Brownie Cake is one of our best selling mixes.  Just add water, mix and bake for Brownie Cake in less than an hour.  Add 4 –  8 oz of oil to each 5 lb bag for an extra rich cake. To serve warm with ice cream, bake until still moist and fudgy, and not fully baked. This underbaked fudgy brownie is also an excellent filling for Chocolate Filled Crepes. Baker’s Wonder Brownie Cake is delicious when served plain; For Gourmet Brownie, try adding nuts, crushed pineapple or chocolate chips.  Prepare chocolate icing using Baker’s Wonder Fudge Base, and spread over cooled cake. Add a drop of rum, or brandy for a special touch.
